Paul Bird and his team at Junk Man Property Services have proudly served Skelmersdale for several years, offering reliable property clearance and waste removal. From helping families renovate to supporting those facing bereavement or eviction, they are trusted in moments that matter.

Paul, born and raised in Skelmersdale, is now taking things to the next level with the launch of a Community Hub at the former Labour Club.

More than a business expansion, this is a mission to create a welcoming space with high quality furniture at fair prices, alongside a free room of furniture available weekly for families in need. Weekly tea and coffee mornings will offer comfort and connection to anyone seeking support or a change of scenery.
The Hub will provide opportunities for local talent and businesses, with space for pop up stalls, semi-permanent spaces, and a platform for creators. Fortnightly Car Boot Sales, monthly Fairs, and seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas will bring people together and create lasting memories.

While small charges will apply for stalls, rides, and food vans, all proceeds will sustain this much needed community resource.
