I’m currently studying a BSc Degree within Sport Therapy at Edge Hill University, with modules consisting of anatomy and physiology, sport massage, and sport nutrition. I have worked and played within the sports industry all of my life and gained qualifications ranging from BTEC level 3 sport extend diploma, to a sport ambassador qualification for Chorley SSP. With my current experience of working within sport, my expertise ranges from sport nutrition to sport injuries to biomechanics, taking supplements and eating healthy.
