It’s an exciting time for The Calm Centre as it celebrates its move from Certacs House to a BRAND – NEW home at The Winsters in Old Skelmersdale

Adding a fresh new dimension, Mandy Owen has teamed up with her friend Sharon Webster, who has opened a charming Vintage Tea Room in Old Skelmersdale. Together, they bring you ‘CALM and CAKE’, a beautiful collaboration offering the local community and beyond a relaxing, safe space to unwind. Be sure to pop down and enjoy some delicious treats in the new, welcoming surroundings! Mandy continues to offer all her usual services, including her shop, where you’ll find handmade well-being and relaxation products, gift vouchers, and gift sets.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved, with classes and sessions now available to book. New sessions include weekly Hatha Yoga classes and Parent & Baby (0–6 months) sessions, providing even more ways to relax and connect

Mandy’s Reiki sessions are also thriving, with a growing number of regular monthly clients enjoying treatments in the designated Reiki Room.
